Today I wanted to introduce you guys to two of my greatest inspirations, my sisters in law. They both own their own small businesses, and they were my inspirations to open my very own Etsy shop. Family is super important to me and I look up to these two women when I get worried things aren't going to well.
Tifani
Tifani owns a vinyl décor shop called "Say it Simply Vinyl". Not only is she ridiculously kind, she is also very smart and runs her business well. Her social media presence is doing really well and she has a 5 star rating on Etsy.
Alissa
Alissa owns a faux-leather earring business called "Little Leather Nook". The profit that she gets from her sales is going towards her infertility treatments. She inspires me and her hard work is definitely paying off. Since her shop went live just under a year ago, she has already had great sales and is gaining traction.
When I first met these two, I knew we would be great friends. Owning and running a small business is really difficult. You take on the role of designer, creator, shipper, social media manager, intern, and other jobs. It is a lot of work, and sometimes it gets overwhelming. It is really important that we create a community of other small business owners that we surround ourselves with so that we can give and get support when the going gets tough.
